Serving Size
I’ve been in a battle with me these last few days.

We are quarreling over food and how much is too much.
Part of me says, nah !! You’re FINE !! A few thousand potato chips and Cheetos and Milk Duds and alllll those not so healthy but ooooo sooooo good snacks throughout a lifespan ain’t all that bad !! Eat !! Go ahead and EAT !!

Long story short, I’m counting calories.
Yep.
I figure, I’ll give it a week and if I survive, I’ll continue but, for the record, who knew ‘serving size’ was so doggone small ??!?? I mean, COME ON !!
I love me a good, ol bowl of Raisin Bran. Every single morning since the beginning of time. Raisin. Bran. & now that I’m paying attention to carbs and fats and all those this and that’s ???
