Your Hope

Your Hope

I watched his little face with it’s full attention on that tablet screen. Principal was explaining exactly what to expect when he gets on his bus, when he enters his school, when he goes about his day in this place he hasn’t been since March. And as her slow, precise, well thought out words of encouragement eased his 1st grade concerns, my heart seriously melted. For Grandson. For moms. For dads. For each and every teacher, administrator, driver, crossing guard, custodian, food server and helper of children trying their best to return young lives back to normal.

It’s palpable how very much you care, how incredible you love, how what you do and how you do is completely and solely for THEM

& when I told Grandson adults get nervous about first days back too, those wide-open eyeballs said it all.

REALLY ??!??

♥ Yes, really ♥

As you wonderfully genuine grown-ups inch your way into this new world of doing, I hope you take a moment to realize your immeasurable value ♥ for YOU are an amazing reminder of just how beautiful WE can be !!  Your hope becomes their hope becomes our hope

& I THANK YOU for guiding us to better.

🙂
