It’s the Tuesday after a wonderfully L O N G weekend
& nobody but NO. BODY. wants to get back to their “normal”
waaaa
& can someone explain why we can’t just remain in Happy Holiday Land ?
All day.
Every day.
My oh my, would that be fun or what ??
Neighbor helping neighbor.
Strangers becoming friends.
People liking people and genuinely loving life.
Ahhhh
Bliss.
Hey, if you don’t mind and you’ve got a minute, remind yourself how you felt on Friday, the day before the extended weekend.
Wasn’t that THE most absolutely delightful feeling ?
Yep.
Pure. Joy.
Now take another moment and look at today
& YES, I KNOW, you don’t want to go to work but nobody wants to go to work, so take that factor out and just look at today.
Today.
The sun is rising.
The birds are chirping.
The sky is blue, the grass green.
The flowers are popping.
The critters are critter-ing
& life is pretty much the exact same everything as it was yesterday
& the day before
& the day upon day upon day before that one too.
It’s magnificent, is what it is
& it’s alllllll in the way you look at it.
If you tell yourself, ugh, or boo or I don’t wanna and you want a dark and dismal cloud hanging over your head …
Well, guess what ??
But, if you look and notice and realize that life is flippin AWESOME every single day !!?!

It absolutely can be, it absolutely will be.

I can hear what you’re thinking
& no, I will not hush up or pipe down

Cause THIS is it and THIS is wonderful
& the day one realizes that little, bitty fact is the day that changes everything.

& feel that wonderful weekend all over again.
