Ours was exactly what Husband, grand-puppy, Corbie, and I had fingers crossed it to be.
Football, the putting away of holiday decorations, a yummy dinner, a good book
and shhhhh.

& let me tell you just how wonderful a whole lotta diddly-squat felt at that precise moment in time.

I find myself counting
& pondering.

& yesterday was the 64th New Years Eve I’ve had the pleasure of celebrating.

I sometimes wonder why December 31st always gets the grandest of glory, the most awe-inspiring of parties.
I mean, I get it, but …
can you imagine if each and every day was that totally, completely awesome ??!!?
