One Month
March 16, 2020 – April 16, 2020
Yep, by my simple calculations it’s been one full month since Husband and I began our ok ! It’s Time To Take This Serious, Quarantine Quest and besides my few runs to the grocery store, to Dad’s and those occasional walks in the park for sanity’s sake …?

I’d give us an ‘A’ for compliance
& maybe it’s because we had a practice run at this thing called social distancing with his 74 day stint in the hospital(s) last Summer (June 24th) but, 30 days set apart from the busyness of humankind hasn’t been all that horrible. It’s a mind-frame, a new routine, a there’s really nothing I can do about it so I might as well jump in and roll …
& so, Family and we stay connected and keep each other afloat by zoom chatting, by email diaries, by silly challenges (Tiny Treasures) and awesome recognition-s (Saying It), by focusing and keeping tuned into the littles (Always Always) and discovering bright in every never been experienced before encounter we stumble upon
& whoa.
It’s been an incredibly unique ride. But as difficult and challenging as these times may be, here we are, living HISTORY !
& so, we document the trivial and what may seem insignificant
& we keep on keeping on.
And someday, when those grand-boys turn into grand-men and look back and wonder why life paused all those years ago ?? There will be happiness, remembered.
One month in and we’re still holding determined, my friends ♥ So hang in there, please. Remain hopeful and positive and keep those eyeballs on that light at the end of this tunnel. I promise, stronger we are and prouder we’ll be in knowing,
