Road Trips.

ooooooh !! how I love a good road trip !! The slow down factor makes my heart sooooo happy. It clears my mind and freshens my senses every single time !!
& since I’m still feeling so very Continental Breakfast invigorated this fine Tuesday evening, I shall offer up a list of miscellaneous this and that’s I noticed while traveling from waaaay over there, to waaaay over here

Rest area people are very courteous. They hold doors open, they offer smiles and small talk. They stretch and wander and play fetch with their dogs. No worries. No hurries.

Sirius Radio 70’s on 7 is the best music in allllll the world.

Central Time Zone is my favorite zone.

Humidity is not my friend.

Hotel pillows are much more comfortable than the pillow at my house.
(Note To Self: I should probably get a new one.)

I’ll never grow tired of cb radios and trucker talk.

Small town, local news is the best news.

A sunrise or sunset on wide open fields and old farmhouses will always be amazing.

Billboards offer such wonderfully unique messages. I hope they never go out of style !!

& bridges.

Yes, Road Trips. You are my reminder of just how simple and lovely life is meant to be and I will treasure every mile we share, but after all is said and done ??
