so, well, ok. maybe it’s a mom-made word, because, back in the day, she would uttered these syllables All. The. Time. It was her definitive go-to when one of her children became over-the-top flustered with a sibling who happened to live in the same house.

Had I determinedly followed my mother’s advice to take no notice of ??? ahhhh. Peace of mind would definitely prevail and Bro would have had to find something else to occupy his brain.
Nowadays, when negative and it’s pessimistic ways seem to be here, there and EVERYWHERE, I find myself turning to my mama’s mantra. Because when I step away from aggravation, when I take my portion of it’s audience away ?? !! poof!! You can’t bother, pester, exasperate or influence me if I simply do not allow you to bother, pester, exasperate or influence me and just like that, quiet, beautiful, tranquility.
