Will Do

Will Do

As Grandson and I shared little bro, baseball tournament updates, via text, yesterday

appeared.
From Him.
To Me.
And I just couldn’t help, but smile.
Little did that young soul know, his Great-grandpa Jack uses that phrase quite often, and along with

Take Good Care

those two syllables are on my Top 10 Happy List .
For. Sure.

♥ ♥

And as I’m sitting here on Father’s Day morn, contemplating what to express to the man I call Dad, I stumbled upon this

and this

Hey, Dad

& if there is a single lesson learned throughout our time together, Dad, it’s how wonderful life becomes when one zeros in on the minuscule, the itsy-bitsy, the just because-s
& I cannot express enough how much I appreciate YOU and the simpleness-es you’ve taught me,
like …

passed softly, unassumingly, lovingly from one generation to another
& how my heart mushy-mush melts.

Thanks for every, little everything, Dad.
Thanks for priceless, Grandson.
