It began at a funeral I went to with Dad.
He and his long lost cousins in the midst of grief, reminiscing, reconnecting, laughing and wondering why they only see each other at events like these.
WHY don’t we get together more often ?? Remember the back in the day reunions ?? We should. We really should.
But life, oh Life !! We push things aside, we wait for tomorrow, we …
& then there’s me and my annual declaration of THIS YEAR I am going to place myself in Times Square on New Year’s Eve and ! and ! and !!!
thump. There this quest plops, patiently pondering if it will ever be
& that !! right there !! is where this past weekend was born
♥ We did it, my people ♥ On the hottest, most sweatiest day of 2019, traveling from near and far, We Did It
& fun can’t even begin to describe
& this joy could not have happened at a more perfect moment in my timeline.
& once again, I am wonderfully reminded how each and every single one of you, you, you, you and YOU have been placed upon my path for a reason
& I am beyond grateful for the supercharging energy of beautiful YOU.
So to those who keep putting off until next week things that really should and could and would be so awesome if, if, IF ???
Do it now.
Find the time.
Make it happen.
I promise, pure, priceless gleeeeeeee awaits.
