and why I thought of this particular quote, at this particular moment, to text to this particular someone ?
I’m not all that sure,
but the sincerity filled response I was gifted in return, was all I needed.
& mushy my heart became, sooooo wishing I had shared these sentiments sooner.

And as the darkness departs
& this day’s brightness appears,
I’m reminded of other words
which have crossed my path,
touched my soul,
in ways near impossible to describe.
Encouraging
Enlightening
Aligning me
with who I am
and where I am meant to be.
& I can only hope, these
rhymes I offer,
theses stories, I create,
do their part in helping others realize,
& yes,
to me.
