You with your bold viciousness, me with my total incomprehension
& I wonder why ?
WHY ???
What happened along your life path that put harming beautiful souls on your list of to-dos ?
& what was going through your mind as you readied yourself for this latest horrendous act ?
Pride ?
Accomplishment ?
YaY ME ????
You have no idea, absolutely no idea, of the joy you are missing on this earth, Hate
& this domino effect of dread you have caused ??
heartache, pain, grief, sadness
for what, Hate, for WHAT ???
Somewhere down the line, you’ve lost
& I would say I feel sorry for you, but I don’t.
YOU chose the road you are on and YOU choose to be who you are,
ugly you wanted, ugly you became.
You picked evil over love
& I suppose in all your darkness, you never took a simple minute to realize that love wins.
Love will always, Always, ALWAYS win.
You seem to have missed a most precious point, Hate, because despite every repugnant act you and your monstrous ways commit, beautiful souls of this world will continue to gather.
We will travel from Point A to Point B and back again.
We will venture to work and school.
We will step, step step those marathons and revel on New Year’s Eve.
We will sing at concerts and cheer at ballgames.
We will meet !! and greet !! and dine !! and dance !! discover !! enjoy !!
and pray.
We will cherish every priceless second of this unique experience, called Life
& you Hate ?
From now until eternity, your existence will amount to a mountain of nothing.
Nothing, but defeated.
