So. I stepped away from this space called blog for a day or five, ’cause busy with biz, I was, and as with each and every time I’ve taken a pause, I wonder, errrr … was I missed … ?? … at all ?? … by any ol’ anybody … ?? And if I really, truly, officially left, with a humph and a vow to never, ever, EVER again !! is there a soul on this planet who would even notice ??? and … yeahyeahyeah, blahblahblah … so on, so forth …
But here I always return because I ♥ Would ♥ Notice.

A glance at Twitter and a peek at !! BREAKING NEWS !! informs a few biggies occurred within my absence, but I’ll leave the opinions and commentary to others, ’cause right now, all I can think about, is the simple wonderfulness of time spent with children and honestly ? I can’t say I’ve missed the hubbub and yep, !! I HAVE given thought to remaining forever withdrawn, because this undisturbed land of uniformed is So. Incredibly. Peaceful. No noise. No bickering. No grumbles or insistence of who is right and who is wrong. The constant ugliness has evaporated and the hate is !! POOF !! Gone.
& oooooh, how I adore being surrounded by the easiness of youth. It will definitely take me a few 24’s to venture back to real, but I highly recommend the break, my friends, if only for a day or two.
Turn off the big screen, look away from the phone and say goodbye to negative.
Become unapologetically naive.
Listen to those chirping birds.
Watch that crazy-looking bug fly from here to there.
Take a gander at those incredibly fluffy clouds.
Toss a baseball back and forth
& shh, just shhhh.
Welcome in pure.
Oh yeah.
It’s awesome.
I know it won’t be long.
Like it or not, I will be pulled into that cluttered vortex once again.
But for today, tomorrow & maybe the next, next and next …
yep.
I’m choosing a child’s view and keeping things delightfully uncomplicated.
I’m happy just to be.
