These Guys
One is 3 years older,
the other, 18 months younger.
And as I glance through blog archives, searching for words I’ve penned about them and other family moments,
I realize, how blessed I am to call these guys, mine.
And these two, too
because, while the world might attach in-law, it’s true blue, to me, you’ll forever be.
And seeing today is National Brother’s Day, yep, yep, FOR SURE I’m going mushy. ‘Cause you may not realize what you’ve gifted me, my bros, but I do. And in your sometimes quiet, often overlooked, wonderfulness you go about your biz just being you. And I am so doggone appreciative of YOU.
So. For the countless times I’ve asked for your strong man help, for the many, many minutes you’ve left me rolled over laughing, for the the gazillion heart-melts of hello, my darling and the embedded into my soul, feelz for your love of guitars …
I count my lucky stars, I can’t imagine life without and I thank you, my brothers,
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Thank YOU.
